Medical Discount Cards! In addition to our health insurance programs, we proudly offer this discount
card! Our WellDyne "WellCard" offers free prescription and health care discount programs for individuals
and their families, giving our patients access to up to 50% savings on a variety of health care
products and services!
Need a ride? Ask us about free bus passes to get to & from your appointment. Medicaid clients may schedule FREE RIDES to our clinic by calling to schedule 2+ days before their appointments: Be prepared to give your name, birthdate, and Medicaid ID#.

Our kids have a "prescription for literacy!" We're proud to participate in Colorado's Reach Out and Read program. Kids who read grow into healthier adults. We offer free books to our kids during visits, to encourage a lifetime of healthy behaviors.
Missing your Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB)? Our in-house Enrollment Specialists can help you obtain your tribal documentation.
It's hard to stay healthy when you're struggling with cold. We provide "extra help" through a
partnership with Energy Outreach Colorado. Their LEAP program can provide financial help with
winter energy bills and other services, and our Native Health Navigators can help you with the
paperwork. Further, we host a Winter Coat Giveaway each Fall!
