Friends - we need your help.
We just implemented a new Electronic Medical Record system for our clinic, which is going to be a HUGE help to our patients, providers, and ultimately, the efficiency of the whole clinic. It's like getting access to the internet for the first time. It's a BIG deal.
But it's hard. REALLY hard. It's complicated, sometimes mysterious computer-stuff, and we're trying to learn on-the-fly WHILE taking care of patients. It's a lot like learning to juggle while racing a motorcycle. It's going to be great. ...Once we get used to it.
Until then, appointments might take a little longer than normal.
Waiting times could be longer, too.
You might hear a lot of "Ugh!"
So this is where we need you. We need your patience, and if you see a panic in our eyes, just say, "It's ok, take your time. You'll get it." Thank you all!
